° ° The condicion of this obligation is such that if the withinbounde Patrick Brewe his heires executors and administrators and every of them doe for his and their partes well and truly hould obserue perfourme fufil and keepe all and every the Covenaunts graunts articles and agreements which on his and their partes are or oughte to be houlden obserued perfourmed and kepte mencioned and Conteyned in a Certen Writing or Pole deed of Assignement of the date within written made from the said Patrick Brewe vnto the withinnamed Edward Allen that is to say in and by all thinges according to the true intente and meaning of the said Pole deede without fraude or guile in any manner of wise That then this obligacion to be void and of none effecte Or eels to remayne in full strength and vertue.
